Yes. Any work involving structural changes, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC requires permits in Palm Beach County. Even some cosmetic work (like moving walls or changing exit paths) may trigger a permit. We handle the full permitting process as part of our scope.
Yes, in many cases. We use phased construction — working section by section or scheduling noisy/disruptive work during off hours. This is common for restaurants, retail stores, and medical offices that can't fully close. We build your operational constraints into the project schedule upfront.
Timeline depends on scope and size. A cosmetic refresh of 2,000 sqft might take 3–6 weeks. A full gut renovation of 5,000 sqft takes 12–20 weeks including permitting. We give you a firm schedule at the start of every project and manage to it.
We primarily serve Palm Beach County including West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Jupiter, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, Lake Worth, and Riviera Beach. We also take select projects in Broward and Martin Counties.
Tell us about your project and we'll give you a realistic scope, timeline, and budget — no runaround.
