Pajaziti & Associates was founded by Sadi Pajaziti — a Florida Certified Building Contractor (License #CBC1265699) who brings a distinctly European standard of craft and attention to detail to every commercial project in South Florida.
Growing up in Rome, Italy, Sadi was surrounded by centuries of architectural history and artisanal building traditions. That upbringing instilled an appreciation for quality that goes beyond codes and compliance — it's about doing work that lasts and that you're proud to put your name on.
Sadi relocated to the United States in 2011 and entered the contracting industry in 2015. Over the following decade, he built a reputation across South Florida as a GC who shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers exactly what was promised — no excuses, no surprises.
Today, Pajaziti & Associates operates across Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin Counties, serving commercial clients in hospitality, retail, healthcare, restaurants, multifamily, and more.
